Return / Refund Policy

Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund with in 28 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in a re-sellable condition in original packaging, the packaging can not be damaged or have been opened.

For any refund of purchase to commence, contact/complaint from the buyer must be with in sent in via email to [email protected]. The return of goods can be with in 28 days from receipt of order.

If the packaging has been opened, we can not accept a refund under any circumstance.

If you are not happy with the results from using the product, the manufacturer offers a satisfaction guarantee with which details can be found on the packaging of the item.

Refunds

A Refund can be initiated in the following circumstances:

Non delivery of goods – All deliveries are sent recorded mail, if an item is not delivered and proof of delivery is not available, a refund or full replacement will be offered.

Return – All returned items must be received by recorded delivery to our returns address stated above. Returns must be delivered within 28 days from the customer receiving the original order.  The item must be in a re-sellable condition as stated in the Returns Section.

Order Cancel – A order can be cancelled immediately after an order has been placed before dispatch has commenced, this is generally within 24 hours of your order. If the item has already been processed and dispatched it will require a return as we are unable to stop the transit of goods once it has been dispatched.

Refunds – Once a refund has commenced it will be processed within 3 business days, After a refund has been processed the refund will take up to 5 business days to show in your account
