How many strips will I receive?	You will receive 14 strips inside 7 pouches, the equivalent of a 7 day course. Each pouch contains 2 strips, 1 for your upper set of teeth and 1 for your lower set of teeth.
How long do I wear the strips for?	Each use is for only 2 hours, it is recommended to use them everyday for 7 days, 2 hours a day.
When is the best time of day to use them?
