How are orders sent?

All orders are sent on a tracked first class service from our global shipping network in Hong Kong & the USA.

How long will it take to receive?

Shipping is expedited and can take 1-2 days to be dispatched. Once dispatched the global shipping process can take 4-10 Days to be delivered at your address. 

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched. Generally the tracking information on a signed for service will only show an update once is in progress or delivery has been attempted.

Can I change my delivery address?

Delivery addresses can be changed prior to dispatch. As most orders are sent out the same day we would recommend contacting customer services.

Can I return my order?

Return information is provided inside your parcel. Only items which are unopened and in a re-sellable condition can be returned. For further information visit our return/refund page.
